Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped or produced for a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept product returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return items to the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returns will be charged only once, with no restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
